i think this is how you do quests, just a trial, (saiyan pirate quest)

ryjak saw the posting from the new saiyan government, pirates! ryjak had dealt with their types before, they were all obviously too much for ryjak to defeat, but ryjak was a skilled tactician that could easily find a way to kill them all,
first he would need a ship, and he new just were to get it, his cousin was a mechanic on them. ryjak quickly flew to the shop.
when he got their his couisin, sev, greeted ryjak with great excitement, "ryjak, its so good to no you are alive, wat are you up to nowadays?"
"sev i need to borrow a fancy looking ship with airtight rooms, gravity heightening training computers,and 4 cannisters of nitroglicerine
"you ask too much ryjak i cannot do it" "ill split the bounty with you" "fine"
3 days later, ryjak was loading up and preparing his trap for the disgraceful wastes of saiyan lives. he would lure them in with
the high class beauty of a ship, wait for them to board the the ship trough the airlocks, seal the doors and increase the gravity to a point beyond that of new sayains gravity,
and then instantly freezing them with the nitroglicerine. Ryjak flew into space and just sputtered along, waiting. Days followed by weeks went on.
ryjak nearly gave up before there was a blip on his radar. "yes" ryjak exclaimed, hurriedly opening the airlcks so they could board. they were on in a split second.
ryjak quickly went into action. airlocks closed, gravity amplified, he saw on his camera the pirates hit the floor, bones snapping. ryjak let out one cakle before he continued
nitroclicerine cannisters emptied, freezing them on the spot.ryjak went in their after he turned the gravity back to normal
only to see that the leader was unnaffected somehow. the leader charged at ryjak in a blind fury, injuring him seriously. ryjak was nohting to this pirate.the pirate leader swung at him wildly
only to get himself stuck in the blast door. ryjak saw his opportunity to kill the leader, and shoved his hand down his throat
firing a ki blast, killing him instantly. ryjak drug himself and set coordinates back to new saiyan and then layed in the rejuvination chamber, eagerly awaiting his reward.

You don't have the powerlevel to do this quest.
"They each have a Power Level of 10,000, the leader has a Power Level of 25,000."

Just because he has a power level of 1,000 doesn't mean he can't take them on. Raditz had like a power level over over 1,000, Goku's was about, 700 I think? Either way, if he makes it detailed then it's a go. . .
